In Touch by Tiffany Field, she writes about the connection between health and touch in humans and animals, the positive effects and the negative outcomes of touch deprivation.
So my thought: find someone you love, person or fluffy friend, and let them know you love them by the feeling of your touch. Both of you will benefit.
